pk 789 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and pk 789 ("pk 789", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pk 789 website located at pk789.cash and all associated services, games, betting markets and features made available through the platform.

By registering an account, depositing funds, accepting a bonus, or placing any bet or wager at pk 789, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pk 789 platform.

pk 789 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or by a notice displayed upon login. Your continued use of pk 789 following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account at pk 789, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. pk 789 does not permit under-18 registration under any circumstances. We may request proof of age at any point and will suspend or close accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
• You are registering and playing for your own personal, recreational use — not on behalf of any third party or as an agent for any other person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer or close family member of an employee of pk 789, or of any of our software providers or payment processors.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of pk 789 complies with any laws applicable to you in your location.
• You have not previously been excluded from pk 789 or self-excluded, and you do not have an existing active pk 789 account registered in your name.

At registration, you must provide accurate, complete and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any other details requested. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

pk 789 may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point during your account lifetime. This process may require you to submit a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or confirmation of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail KYC verification will be restricted until verification is completed or closed if verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

One account per person: Each individual may maintain only one registered account at pk 789. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same CNIC, same mobile number, same device or same IP address — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all bonus winnings across all accounts will be voided, and the duplicate accounts will be closed. Original account balances consisting of genuine deposited funds (not bonus funds) may be returned at pk 789's discretion following a review.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk 789 login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP or any account access information with any other person. pk 789 will never ask for your password. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are valid is deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact pk 789 support immediately via live chat.

Account closure by the player: You may request closure of your pk 789 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment account after standard identity checks. Any bonus balance will be forfeited upon closure.

Account closure by pk 789: pk 789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your account without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or collusion, failure to complete KYC, or provision of false information at registration. In the event of account closure for Terms violations, any funds derived from bonuses will be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds will be returned following investigation where applicable.

All deposits at pk 789 are processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (all Pakistani commercial banks) and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. pk 789 does not accept credit card payments or deposits from third-party accounts.

Minimum and maximum deposits: The minimum deposit via mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) is Rs 500. The minimum deposit via bank IBFT or debit card is Rs 1,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by method — please refer to the Deposit and Withdrawal page for current limits. pk 789 reserves the right to adjust these limits for individual accounts based on verification status.

Third-party deposits: You may only deposit using payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to family members, friends or any other third party are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the deposit will be returned to its source and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposit processing: Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your pk 789 balance instantly upon confirmation of the OTP. Bank IBFT deposits are typically credited within 30 minutes. If a deposit has been deducted from your payment source but has not appeared in your pk 789 balance after 30 minutes, please contact support with your payment confirmation reference number.

Withdrawals at pk 789 are processed in PKR and transferred to the payment account registered in your name. The same methods available for deposits are available for withdrawals. pk 789 targets processing all withdrawal requests within two hours of submission, though actual transfer times may vary depending on the receiving payment provider.

KYC requirement: pk 789 is required to verify player identity before processing withdrawals. The first withdrawal from any account will require completion of the KYC process. This involves submitting a clear copy of your CNIC and, where requested, a selfie or additional proof of payment method ownership. Subsequent withdrawals to verified accounts are processed without additional documentation requirements.

Withdrawal to deposit method: Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit on the same account. This is a security measure to prevent account takeover and fraud. If your deposit method is no longer available, contact support before requesting a withdrawal to discuss alternative arrangements.

Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT. There is no minimum withdrawal fee charged by pk 789.

Withdrawal holds: pk 789 reserves the right to impose a temporary hold of up to 72 hours on any withdrawal request for the purposes of security review, identity verification or fraud prevention. This is not a standard procedure and will only occur where the risk team identifies specific concerns requiring investigation.

Bonus wagering: Withdrawals of funds that include an active bonus balance can only be processed once the applicable wagering requirement for that bonus has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion of the balance being forfeited. Real-money balance that was deposited can generally be withdrawn at any time subject to the KYC requirements above.

pk 789 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions which are stated in the promotion details at the time of offer. General bonus terms that apply to all pk 789 promotions unless specifically stated otherwise are as follows:

• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player, per promotion period, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your bonus balance and are separate from your real-money balance.
• A wagering requirement (also called a "rollover requirement") must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement at pk 789 is 20x the bonus amount, unless a different figure is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots and Aviator typically contribute 100%. Live casino games typically contribute 10%. Sports bets contribute 100% of the qualifying stake at odds of 1.5 or higher. Specific contribution percentages are confirmed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — typically 14 days from the date of credit — within which wagering requirements must be completed. Expired bonus balances are automatically removed from your account.
• pk 789 reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus already credited will remain valid until its expiry date.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred, converted to cash or shared between accounts.

All bets, wagers and game stakes placed at pk 789 are final once confirmed by the system. pk 789 does not accept requests to void or cancel bets after they have been placed and confirmed, except in specific circumstances set out below.

Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all games and betting markets at pk 789. These limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of play. pk 789 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts where betting patterns raise concerns.

Betting market void circumstances: Sports betting markets may be declared void in situations including: event cancellation without rescheduling, abandonment, postponement beyond a defined period, obvious pricing errors where odds were published incorrectly due to a technical issue, and where clear evidence of match manipulation exists. In the event of a void market, stakes are returned to the player's balance.

Aviator and crash games: All Aviator game results are generated by a Provably Fair algorithm that is set before each round begins. The crash point for each round is determined by a cryptographic hash published prior to round commencement. pk 789 cannot alter a game outcome after the hash has been published. Players who dispute a specific round result may request verification using the round's published hash.

Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, pk 789 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return stakes to the players involved. This applies to all game types. Bets completed successfully before a malfunction are not affected.

Palpable errors: pk 789 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or prices that were published due to a clear and obvious error (a "palpable error"), such as a cricket match offered with the wrong teams, or odds set at an obviously incorrect figure due to a technical feed error. Palpable errors will be communicated to affected players promptly and any stakes returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at pk 789 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using pk 789 for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Cheating and collusion: Cooperating with other players to exploit a game, share cards or information in real-time during live casino games, or use any form of automated bot or AI-assisted play tool without pk 789's express written consent.
• Multiple account operation: Registering more than one account at pk 789, whether under your own identity or using another person's identity or false information.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for a deposit that was genuinely made and received by pk 789. Chargebacks are investigated and accounts found to have filed fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently closed.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities: Deliberately exploiting any error, bug or vulnerability in the pk 789 software. Any winnings derived from an identified exploit will be voided.
• Commercial use: Using the pk 789 platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a business on the platform or reselling account access.

pk 789 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their activity. We want gaming on pk 789 to be a form of entertainment — not a source of stress or financial hardship. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. A limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Loss limits: Cap your maximum net loss over a defined period to prevent unexpected large losses in any single session or week.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality check notifications: Receive a pop-up notification at set intervals showing your net session result and time spent playing.
• Self-exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from pk 789 for a defined period — ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account is locked and cannot be reopened until the period expires (temporary exclusion) or permanently (permanent exclusion).

The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected at registration and during your use of the platform, how it is stored and protected, how it may be shared with our payment and software partners, and what rights you have regarding your personal data.

By registering at pk 789, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pk 789 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks) is strictly limited to what is required to process your specific transaction.

All payment data transmitted between your device and pk 789 is encrypted using TLS. Card details are not stored on pk 789 servers — they are handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment processors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk 789 shall not be liable for any losses, damages or claims arising from: interruptions or unavailability of the platform; errors in game software that are promptly corrected upon discovery; delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these Terms; or indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind.

pk 789's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by pk 789's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pk 789 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, bonus structures, payment policies or account rules — registered players will be notified by email to their registered address and/or by a notice displayed upon logging in to pk 789.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at pk789.cash/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the document. Minor changes such as typographical corrections, clarifications or updates to payment method names do not require individual notification but will be reflected in the published Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you may close your account and withdraw your available real-money balance. Your continued use of pk 789 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
